Pick-ups and timings:
- Your pick up time is on time.
- Your driver will be there 10 minutes before your plane, train or bus arrives.

- Train stations: At the exit of the train arrival platform.

- Do I have to notify you if my flight, bus or train is delayed?

- Who is responsible for the loss of my flight, bus or train?
- We are not responsible if you miss your flight, bus or train because you are the only one who knows about the departure time of your transportation mean; therefore, you should request the pick-up service beforehand.
- Domestic flights: You should be at the airport two hours before the departure time of your flight.
- International flights: You should be at the airport three hours before the departure time of your flight.
- Trains: You should be at the train station half an hour before the departure of your train.
- Buses: You should be at the bus terminal one hour before the departure of your bus.
- Can I make stops?
- It’s possible as long as your friends are in other hotels within the same city (historic center), we can pick them up.

This service is subject to variation without any prior notice, due to weather conditions, strikes and any other event that doesn’t allow the normal tour operation.
Cancellations
- It’s free as long as you do it 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a fee of 100% of the tour cost will apply
- If there are delays in your flight, train, bus, etc. we will wait for you or we will reschedule you
