Bus from Machu Picchu Pueblo to Machu Picchu ruins
- This bus ride lasts 30 minutes approx.
- The buses leave every 10 minutes approx.

- A super small city from the middle of the 20th century.
- The closest city to the ruins of Machu Picchu.
- Also known colloquially as the city of Aguas Calientes.
- Machu Picchu ruins is the Inca citadel.

Operativity:
This ticket is subject to change without prior notice due to strikes and any other events that may prevent normal ticket operation. Contact your agency for any unforeseen circumstances.
Rescheduling:
- Once we purchase your ticket for Machu Picchu, there will be no turning back to modify the entry date to Machu Picchu.
- Strikes/landslides:
- If you are unable to visit Machu Picchu on the scheduled date due to strikes/landslides, please contact your travel agency that organized your Machu Picchu excursion. Remember that when you pay for your Machu Picchu ticket, we are solely responsible for purchasing it. Reprogramming is not included.
- If you hire a Guide for Machu Picchu or book a full-day Machu Picchu tour with us, it is evident that we will take care of rescheduling your guided visit to Machu Picchu and addressing details concerning your Machu Picchu ticket.
- Please note that the strike must actually occur to modify the entry date to Machu Picchu. For example, if there is a strike announced for next week and it may likely affect your itinerary, you should still attempt to enter Machu Picchu. If unfortunately, you couldn’t, then we will reschedule your entry date to Machu Picchu, usually for the next day. However, you won’t be able to request rescheduling without having attempted to visit Machu Picchu previously.
- Remember that strikes don’t always impact Machu Picchu tours and other destinations, and the intensity of the strike can only be assessed on the day of the strike itself.
Cancellations:
You will not be able to cancel your Machu Picchu entry ticket with a right to a refund.
Refunds:
There are no refunds for Machu Picchu tickets, as per regulations set by the Ministry of Culture.
