Where is the meeting point?
Note: All meeting times and places will be coordinated one day before the tour via WhatsApp.

What is the group size?
- Group tours: 5 to 10 people. The guided tour is in one language only (Spanish or English).
- Private tours: You and your friends only.
How long does it take to get to MP ruins from Aguas Calientes?
This bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes, but you must queue at least one hour before your guided tour. So, if your guided tour starts at 11:00 at the MP gate, you must be at the Aguas Calientes bus station at 10:00 at the latest.
How long does the guided tour last?
- It can vary from 2 hours to 4 hours, depending on the type of your ticket (circuit or route). See the Price section.
- Please, note that the tour duration is approximate, it will depend a lot on your physical condition and type of route.
- The bus ride time from Aguas Calientes to MP ruins does not count on the tour duration.

- We only have group tours at the following schedules: 08:00 and 11:00 — this applies only to Circuit 2 – Circuito clásico (Ruta clásico diseñada or Ruta terraza inferior).
- For other schedules and other types of MP tickets, book a private tour.
Is it mandatory to hire a guide for Machu Picchu?
That’s right, because MP is a World Heritage Site and there are different circuits throughout the citadel.

Spanish and English; however, if you are willing to pay more, we can arrange guides in French, Portuguese and German.

How do I book?

- If you describe your MP ticket incorrectly with the wrong time, we will not be held responsible when you are not allowed to enter MP together with your group and guide in charge. You will lose your guide, your group, your guided tour and your money.
Not allowed:
- Performing paragliding flights, flying drones, or operating any type of small aircraft.
- Carrying backpacks, bags, or purses larger than 40x35x20 cm (16x14x8 inches).
- Bringing walking sticks, umbrellas, parasols, camera supports or extensions (tripods), and selfie sticks.
- Entering with baby strollers.
- Climbing on or leaning against Inca walls.
- Touching, moving, or extracting lithic elements.
- Not following established circuits and routes.
- Engaging in unauthorized activities or bringing prohibited items from this list will result in immediate expulsion from the site without the right to a refund.
